Disapprove of the new system of setting up an appointment. Was easier and more efficient to call the Dr's front desk.

Dr. Mihailescu is very easy to talk to and listens carefully to my concerns. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I have only positive things to say about Dr.Mihailescu.He is very pleasant and thorough with questions and examination. It is very difficult to get answers to questions outside a scheduled appointment. I used to be able to send a non emergency question but there is no way to do that anymore.Aurora's system makes it difficult to contact a doctor or other professional. I do not think that video appointments are very satisfactory.

Best appointment ever with Dr. Mihailescu! He didn't seem rushed (excellent doctor and overworked so previously felt very rushed through) and took time to answer all my health issue concerns. I also appreciate follow-up on LiveWell with medicine changes and ability to get timely direction.

Dr Mihailescu has always been a friendly and caring doctor on all my visits! He will address every question you have before he is done and put you at ease about all your health concerns.
