I always preregister before the office visits. Every time the nurse starts asking about my medications, I have several. I stop them and state I have verified them all. The nurses need to check whether I did/didn't review that so my and their time isn't wasted. I know they have the information because the clerk who checks me in thanks me for preregistering. On your websites, you need to add a place to provide this feedback. Yesterday, I searched & searched for a place to feedback or send an email to management. It appears that Aurora management doesn't care about patients. And while they are working on the websites, you need to provide the ability for users to search for another doctor by their specialty. When i bring up Doctors, all I can see are some of my current doctors and not all. But if I want someone outside of who I normally see I can't search for them on my Livewell. I have to go back to Google search to find.
