Not sold on wellness exams, waste of time. Sent msg on live well, trying to get input on certain areas of concern, waiting for response. Slight concern about giving feed back and reaction to requested feed back.

Dr. Mihailescu and his staff are always very friendly and thorough. Dr. M. is very well versed in Medications and saved me from a drug that was causing chronic diarrhea, that 3 previous doctors had missed. He is always suggesting things to better my use of medications and or health status. I appreciate him greatly. I am not appreciative of Aurora Bay Care's telephone system, and the inability to contact a doctor's office directly. It wastes lots of time and leads to insecurity on the part of the patient to get ahold of someone that they trust. I have been an Aurora advocate from the beginning, but this inability to contact the doctor's office, other than driving over and talking to them in person, (which I have done, is in my mind irresponsible. It doesn't matter who you have on the phone as a stand-in, they are still a stranger. Prevea does not have this issue or problem. Neither does Bellin. Sometime too big, as in the Aurora system itself, is what it is - too big!
