Aurora's phone system is atrocious! Difficult to get any timely results, questions answered. Frustrating! Go back to local switchboard! The only reason I stay with Aurora is because of Dr. Mihailescu. He is great, Aurora not!

Dr. Mihailescu and Staff are wonderful and friendly. Dr. Mihailescu may run behind but it's always worth the wait. I know that someone in the day needed a little longer of his time. Dr. Mihailescu makes you feel like you're the most important person during the visit. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. I have a long medical history and he knew it all at my new patient consult that really impressed me. I also love that he always has a plan in place for my health.
