The phone system, app, billing center, and AI are all atrocious. I have never once left a review before but the amount of suffering I went through to pay a $20 bill was awful. I ended up getting sent to collections due to me not being able to pay over multiple months. Maybe take the time and just hire representatives. Crazy concept in this day and age but if it wasn't for how amazing this doctor was you would have lost a client.

Actually, it was my first time visit with Dr. Tran, looking forward to the next visit.
