I found myself using Google to find out what specifically had been done and what to expect after I left, and to get interpretations of what was in notes. In retrospect I think more information should have been provided at the time.

The NP seemed to be in a rush. His assistant was more attentive.
First time at this office (I go to the FRG location ). Got a same day appointment for an acute infection. Nurse was so friendly. And the NP was also friendly and took really good care of me. Thumbs way up!!!
