The front desk staff initially told me when I arrived exactly 4 minutes late (and had previously checked in electronically, and had called to tell them I was at the wrong Aurora office on Loomis but on my way) that I had to reschedule. 4 minutes. As a physician, I was shocked and dismayed that this was their first comment. I asked them to reconsider, and they agreed. After the visit everyone was expeditious and efficient but the initial encounter was very distressing. If I had a 4 minutue rule, virtually all my patients would be rescheduled!
Dr Marium is a great doctor. She fully explained why something wouldn't be good in my situation and what we are doing personally already that took care of my concerns. I think highly of her as a doctor. She is knowledgeable and I feel fully comfortable with her care.
