This diabetic podiatry appointment was the exact opposite of my last appointment with an older(now retired) doctor. During this visit, I received great care, more through exam, lots of options for treatment and care, friendly demeaner, my concerns were address, and my request for alternatives to drugs was addressed and provided me with many options. The last doctor never touched me, prescribed some pills (which I didn't take) and sent me on my way.
I really liked Dr. Ouska-Griffin! She was very nice, took her time with my procedure and explained what she was doing, and made sure I was comfortable when leaving and what to do if anything else should arise afterward.
Will never be seeing her again.A great big waste of time and probably hundreds of dollars. ??

Re emotion desk ladies were friendly and attentive. Main lobby was clean. Tv was a bit loud and made it a bit difficult to hear the nurses calling patients names. The exam rooms were very clean.
