I truly appreciate the way my provider listens to me in an attentive and compassionate manner. She is very genuine.
Hi. This has been a continual concern. The wait to see Dr. Robertson exceeds 30 minutes; this is a huge inconvenience. I was scheduled for a physical, she listened to my lungs/heart and that was it. She didn't look at ears (I identified an issue with my ears.), my throat nor by nose. She didn't check by organs. My BP was 155/88. She didn't look into this. She spent a lot of time on pushing drugs that are geared to people with diabetes. I don't have and have never had diabetes. Terrible visit. I will not return.
Dr. Robertson in this visit and always listens, asks follow-up questions and make recommendations accordingly. Her and/or her staff quickly gets back to me if I send a message via the LiveWell app and she encourages me to use it.
