Excellent customer service

The IT department needs to work with positions are removal of information from a clients record so information that is not true. It's not in the patient's chart for instants I'm not diabetic. It shouldn't be in my chart that I am diabetic.

All staff members were very professional and kind. Receptionist, Phlebotomist, Medical assistant and Provider all communicated effectively, were very knowledgeable and passionate about providing care to the patients they service.

Doctor Robertson is a long time health care provider for me. I feel safe and secure with her meeting my needs as my doctor. We have developed a relationship that I cherish and trust. I can count on honest and thought filled recommendations from her to take good care of me and my health. Much love to her.
