Pretending to actually listen to my lungs with a quick very light very quick touch of the stethoscopes on my front and back and a very quick flash of light in my throat to finish. Felt like he was just doing it to say that he did it. No way he could have seen anything that quick.

Doctor's office scheduled me for a follow-up appointment on a specific date as this contact was timing-specific due to my ramping into a new med. The date scheduled was, apparently, in the middle of a planned vacation or other planned absence for the doctor. The office did not realize this until a few hours before the appointment on the day of appointment. Then they rescheduled me at "next available time" which was about six weeks later. This wasted a half day of vacation time for me plus wasted more time working with nurses who communicated with a backup doctor about my med dosing ramp. Ultimately, the decision was left to me and to wait for six weeks until my doctor could next see me. Not a great customer experience... this was also clearly on the office, not the doctor. Doctor Khan has always given me what I believe to be sound medical advice and guidance. Much of the time, at appointments, he seems very rushed and sometimes cuts me off in our discussion. Cost/efficiency of healthcare delivery is key, but so is care quality.
