The individuals that check you in at the Beverly office on 99th and Western Avenue seem to give misinformation about patient billing. They told me my account was in collections and told me to call customer service. When I called them they stated I was NOT in collections they never sent me a bill.The people at the check in desk at 99th and Western seem NOT to be able to do their jobs effectively they need to be replaced. Because other patients seem to have the SAME issue

I've already written a lengthy complaint via email to Advocate Customer Service. Dr. Mohammed is a good Doctor and a kind man. I'm frustrated that I was not kept informed that the Doctor was running over an hour late on appointments. This is totally unacceptable. I want Advocate to respect the value of my time. The patient should and must be given the opportunity to wait or reschedule. ZERO communication was given to me.
