Nurse Rafacz is one of the best nurse practitioners I've ever had. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I appreciate the care she provides me.

Efficient and knowledgeable in their job

The provider was good. But our appointment that day was with another provider who we found out 20 minutes after we were checked in and waiting that she was not there. Then we saw this provider because my mother is 91 and not easy getting back and forth
