Excellent bedside manner , professional and concerned about my needs

My experience with this medical doctor was good but why they don't give you a referral on paper for your next appointment

Dr. Evelyn Bell is excellent. Even though she is not my primary doctor, she noted on my medical stats that my thyroid levels were low and I needed extra evaluation. She responded immediately with possible physicians and gave me a prescription for interim care until I can see a physician. She also provided medication and referrals for an ENT physician for my post-nasal drip and coughing. She has been EXTREMELY helpful and timely!
