This was a horrible experience. I dont care about manners I care about results in which I got nothing. She completely ignored my problem and symptoms. Her equipment was broken and I did not know her to even complete the exam. I asked her if she wanted to find equipment that worked and she said no. I told her about odd symptoms, major problems I was having and there was obvious pain in my abdomen she blew off and did not even offer to look into it but, asked for tests that didn't even pertain to me. I waited 3 months to see her because Google reviews were impressive. She did not match up to those google review, not even close. Now I will have to pay out of pocket because this was my one year exam and it was wasted on her. Waste of my time my money and insurance and thos would affect my health as a woman. I will never use this group or anything associated with it again.

I would like to know how I can pay $2800 a month for the most expensive insurance that you can get in the state of Illinois, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO platinum select, and still not be covered by advocate. They called three times and basically told me they wanted me to find a new doctor. Thank God I am wealthy and can today cash, but honest to God, maybe you should take private insurance. There is literally no other choice for me. The poor people that can't afford to be seen, and I am lucky enough to be able to afford the only PPO available for individuals. And then to have them call and rub it in was just very demoralizing. I would never go to advocate again, even if I had insurance that did cover you. Treated horribly
