Visit was very pleasant, provider was friendly and understanding.

This was first visit and I have been ill for months. The Dr explained everything and was very helpful.

He was kind and well spoken, he explained everything very well, and he was patient with my daughter. We were happy she didn't need surgery, and I would recommend him for anyone for Ear Nose and Throat.

The doctor and the whole staff were very efficient and helpful in hearing my situation.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Cretney. He listened to me, told me what to expect from the endoscopy of my nose and throat. Also, explained my options at the end of the exam. I am glad that I went to see him. His nurse was also very nice and explained the procedure that she had to do before my exam. The two ladies at the front desk were welcoming and informative. All in all, a very good experience.
