discussed current health issues and advised on con tinuing care, treatment and f/u as ordered. reviewed test results and discussed what labs are needed and why they are needed. Asked about my ADLs and functional abilities as well as my emotional and socil support. Reviewed referral needs, meds, and even discussed my use of portal to ask any further questions.
