So glad I was seen so quickly.

1. Livewell app had difficulties 2 tines responding with validating my login and as a result, I could not login. 2. The notification I got for the visit was for an A1C test which is usually just a blood test. When I got there, they said it was also for a 6month review of medical history also. 3. My doctor was delayed in seeing me because she had difficulties logging into LIVEWELL.

My exam was very helpful in telling me what my next steps in good health should be.

I have only been seeing this doctor for a month and I am very happy with her and everyone else in the office.

I am very satisfied with every visit. I receive specific information about further treatment and a description of the tests in a way that I understand. THANK YOU TO DR. SLEDZ AND THE ENTIRE TEAM.
