The nurse or cna who saw me before the doctor was a very nice and sweet young woman. Dr. Manney is excellent.
The environment was relaxing. All staff were very professional, polite and helpful. Dr.Manney was friendly, engaged in conversation and listened to me, knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. It was my first visit to her and feel confident in her care.
The only question I have concerns the $352.00 pre payment I paid in August even though I provided my Aetna insurance information, and if I will be refunded that amount.
Dr. Manney is a good doctor and her staff is courteous and professional. I am just waiting on my x-rays and the results.
I just wish it was easier to to see a dr in a more timely manner. Also to call and speak with dr as well. But over all she is great!
