I was unable to see my PCP. This provider filled in and was very kind and helpful. I was able to address my issue and get the treatment I needed.

This was not my primary care provider but I needed to see a provider for a pre-op would have liked to make appt with my PCP but when i called i learned that my PCP is now only seeing patients 2 days a week. Would be nice if the provider schedules were shared with their patients and not have to find that out only when I call for an appt, then learn I have to find another provider

This visit was a preop visit and I felt for the first time at a preop she was very thorough, and she made me feel that everything was ok and I was healthily enough to go through the procedure'

Erin was excellent in my pre op physical. She was very thorough and knew my medical history. I also addressed a few other concerns and she took care of those. I don't think she was supposed to go out of her way but I very much appreciated her effort.

I had never gone to a NP before and wasn't sure what to expect. Erin was familiar with my history and current concerns. She was professional and friendly. I did not feel rushed as she calmly answered all of my questions and made suggestions. I feel very comfortable with her helping me while my PCP is out on maternity leave.

Erin listened to my questions and addressed each of them. Very personable and I felt comfortable talking to her.

Everyone was very nice to work with.
