I think Dr. Guenther is an excellent physician. She is one of the few doctors I have had that has thoroughly reviewed my medical history and understands how my various diagnoses have affected me. Her "bedside manner" is outstanding. She fosters an environment where I feel like I am an equal member of my care team and I feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and asking questions. Never have I felt that she thinks I do not have the capacity to understand the meaning of test results or changes in my health and recommendations for treatment. I consider myself very lucky to have her as my infectious disease doctor as I navigate treating and living with the hospital acquired MRSA.
