Very informed and caring provider. Listened to my concerns.

Erin asked a lot of questions and listened to my answers. She also answered my questions before she ordered tests to help her decide on a treatment plan. She has taken care of me for years and I have always trusted her advice. However, especially after my recent surgery, I really needed an advocate in my corner and she has been that advocate.

Erin was very patient and informative. Answered numerous questions I had for her. Her office staff is also very kind and patient with all the customers.

Personable, easy to talk with, great personality. Is involved in several of my medical problems.

If I could give Erin Ellsworth higher than a 10, I would. She is a wonderful doctor. I know that Erin has reviewed my chart prior to my appointment. She has suggestions on how to improve my plan of care and new things to try if needed. Erin explains things in a way I can understand. She cares about her patients.
