Erin Ellsworth is one of the best providers I have ever seen. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She cares, she listens, she offers suggestions... She makes me wish I had a reason to see her more than once a year!

I have never had a physician that could talk to me about my history, she definitely read up about my care before she saw me.
