My experience was very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My questions were answered and if I have more questions I can contact them.

This was my first visit with Erica and I'm pleased with how it went. She was kind and considerate, and so were her MAs. She took time to review my medical history and current concerns with me, and I didn't feel rushed or silly for questions I asked.

She performed a pelvic exam and made me comfortable by talking me through the exam. She is a compasionate individual and knowledable in her profession.

There was an additional person in the room when I was examined by the NP. I didn't know why she was there & no introduction. Not saying good or bad, just never had that before. Previous experience, if it was someone to learn I was asked before they were brought in if it was OK for them to come in.
