I saw this provider because my primary was unavailable. Erica was extremely conscientious, asked all the appropriate questions, listened to me carefully, came up with a good diagnosis and prescribed the appropriate medications that are helping me to recover. I was very impressed with her professional demeanor combined with empathy for how I was feeling at the time I saw her.
