Our experience with Dr. Kroncke was nothing but a positive one. She went above and beyond to know the situation to give our son the best diagnosis. She was genuine, caring, and professional. In addition she followed up with us, so we knew what to do next. We are fortunate to have found her and had a great experience despite a less than ideal diagnosis for our son.

Dr. Kroncke not only is personable and listens to her patients, she truly has a level of concern and well being for them. You won't feel rushed with her evaluation of your issues or level of discomfort as she pinpoints the best approach to eliminating your pain. I have such confidence in her abilities that I sought her out after multiple visits with her at OSMS Green Bay to her new practice location in Neenah. This review is the first day after my visit and there is great improvement in my ankle.
