Had an issue they with reception. They told me my insurance was out of network and was not. It was resolved but part that I didn't like was they told me they were not supposed to touch our phones. So when she needed my card it is only digital. They need to accommodate us without paper cards.

Dr Hartl makes sure that I understand, how important it is for me to actively participate in my own health care. Dr Hartl holds me accountable for my responsibility for diet,exercise,sleep and mental health as well. She and I both appreciate the communication ease that the medical porta encourages. The porta also assures me that all my medical records are accessible to her. Dr Hartl is the new coach for my medical team.

I had some insure in past with the way I speak but I think there is a problem trying to comutncate and some of the nurse to comunícate back this time there was anisue with my mom medication if you need to reach out to me so we can discuss this mattter feel free I don't need to receive any letters about my rudness thank you
