Excellent care. First time patient at your urgent care for broken foot, then followup with Orthopetics. Everyone in entire system was really excellent care. Efficient. Organized. Very well done.

It is hard for me to read Dr Malicky when I see him - he almost seems disinterested some times. But I sent him lots of information regarding work done previously by two other non-Aurora orthopedic surgeons plus my thoughts. He definitely reviewed my notes and listened to me but I wasn't sure what he was thinking. But he was listening, we agreed to surgery and I'm starting to feel the best I've felt in several years. His nurses tell me I just have to get used to his manner and sense of humor.

Hello, my appointment was at 2:15, arrive 15 minutes early. Did pre-check in. Called into office 2:25. Vitals & meds reviewed. Mentioned we're behind somewhat, but doctor was in room next door. Doctor arrived 3:15. Would be nice to wait in waiting room instead of sitting in exam room for 1/2 hour. Maybe have someone come after 15 minute wait and explain delay. Thank you,
