Obviously, I don't enjoy visiting the hospital--but everything about Aurora Grafton is a very pleasant experience from the individuals who greeted me when I came in the front door to everyone in Dr. Malicky's office who took my information, took the X-Ray and of course the doctor himself. I'm so happy that I have this hospital and physician as a resource for my help. I can't say enough good about this hospital and the staff.

Dr. Malicky is both personable and professional. You can tell that he cares very much about his patience, and improving their mobility with a positive outcome.
Dr. Malicky and his staff have been nothing short of kind, caring, understanding, and competent when it has come to my care the last 3 months. His staff is knowledgeable and is very quick to respond to both phone calls as well as messages. Couldn't recommend him or his office enough!
Dr Malicky was very interested in my take on things. I appreciated that very much because previous doctors seemed to know or thought they knew what was the best treatment when in fact so far nothing has helped! Dr Malicky has ordered an MRI and a follow up appointment!

Everyone from psr, nurse, n.p, X-ray tech and provider were so friendly. This was my first time seeing Dr Malicky and was very impressed with how he explained options and answered all my questions with compassion
Dr. Malicky did a thorough exam and I was very relieved that my issues can be treated without surgery. Dr. Malicky's nurse went over the treatment protocol with me. It is nice that I can purchase the needed items for my treatment over the counter.
