This was an emergency appointment to get something out of my foot. He shifted his schedule twice to see me. When I met him I thought his personality matched mine well, with a direct approach maybe just matching mine. I don't need small talk and all that I'm here for a reason he addressed the pain right away amazing bedside manner. Explained options well. I went for the more barbaric approach and he helped me through the sensitive procedure. He played some music of my choice and explained after care well. I highly recommend this doctor for quickly addressing patient care so well
Both Dr and assistants took good care of me and answered all my questions.

The doctor was very knowledgeable about my health issues, spent time explaining everything to me, and answered all my questions. The nursing/support staff were so very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very good experience all around!
It was a very long wait, my appointment was at 11:30 and I wasn't seen until about 12:05. Others in the office went up to the desk to see what the delay was. I just wish when I checked in that I would have been informed that there was going to be a long delay, so I was prepared for that. The nurse that came out to get me did apologize for the delay, which was nice. And a volunteer came around shortly after I got there and handed out chocolate chip cookies and that was a nice surprise! Once I was taken back though I was seen very quickly, I didn't have to wait in the office for more than a minute after the nurse got my information. Dr. Malicky spent a lot of time with me going over my upcoming procedure and that was good. Then after his PA spent more time with me answering questions I had.
