Why can nobody tell me how much an expected MRI cost? the "cost estimate" department said they cant cause they dont have all my details, but cant tell me what details they need. I noticed when I need to pay you figure it out in timely manner, but before hand, you've made it impossible

Everything went well with the exception of my wait time. I understand the system was down, BUT if I he been told it would take over an hour to be seen I would have rescheduled.
