Dr. Belin has the most exquisite way of explaining to you the problems with your spine and he is so caring and sympathetic to your sadness about the diagnosis. If and when I need surgery... It will definitely be with him.
He I believe is an excellent surgeon, but he is in and out so fast I forget what I need to ask. Right now, I'm trusting with his knowledge and experience he is going to solve my spine issues.
Docter and nurses were very helpful and informative
I filled out a questionnaire in live well and then in the waiting room which was pretty much the same thing. Then after being taken to a room 45 minutes after the time of my scheduled appointment the nurse had to ask me the same questions and then the doctor came in and asked me the same questions. I loved the nurse she was kind understanding and caring but the doctor seemed short and had seemed already to have a plan for my further care. He did explain my test results very thoroughly to met but let me know his plan without asking my input. When I asked a question he just said well you have severe arthritis not answering my question if it will continue to get worse.
I felt rushed and left without understanding goals for my spine health. No follow up appointment was suggested, yet I have a lifelong condition that will progress. I'm not sure what this specialist did that my PCP couldn't have done. On top of that, I went from having in-person PT visits to online visits. Again, not understanding why. The providers and staff were very nice though.
