I find Dr Potts to be very engaging. He is easy to talk to and takes time to discuss various aspects of my care. He is also a pretty good free-hand artist.

Dr Potts spent extensive time with me to fully explain a very complex situation and making sure I did not have questions but understood his explanation and plan.
