She should listen to the patient, not talk over them. I received an hour long lesson on how the central nervous system works. This was not the first pain management doctor I've seen in my lifetime of injuries. She would have known that if she would have listened. Instead she told me what she thought was best without knowing the situation I am in.

Emily Copps is a professional, kind and caring medical practitioner. She has positive energy and truly cares about the well being of her patients. She greeted me with an uplifting introduction and explained the pain process in an understandable manner. I was given non-opioid pain management options that treat my autoimmune diseases as well. Emily is an excellent medical provider and I feel that if every clinic had a handful of Emily Copps that their administration would volunteer to take a pay cut in order to have additional staff members just like her. Emily would benefit from more than a gold star - but a bonus in order to retain professionals like her within your company. I've never been more impressed by a single person or medical professional until yesterday! Emily is absolutely fantastic and I'm truly blessed and hopeful to try and get my pain to a level I can tolerate again and sincerely appreciate her help and that of the clinic. I have to get surgery in a few weeks and having the hope of less pain from her non-opioid treatment options for the recovery period will be truly wonderful! In addition, Emily Copps is an excellent communicator and listener. She is fantastic!
