Great care

I was running late to the appt due to an accident on the freeway. I called to let them know and was on hold for a person for over 35 minutes. When I did speak to someone she wasn't understanding at all. Just told me to make sure I was there in the next few minutes or I wouldn't be seen. (I was about 14 minutes late to my appt time)
