I had a 20 min long wait on hold with when I called. Then instead of sending a message to my doctors nurse with my concern the receptionist told me to send her a message in livewrll which I don't like to use. When I tried to schedule a visit to urgent care recently the app had crashed so I just drove to urgent care instead. The app is difficult to navigate for me
