I had called at 8:00 am directly to the clinic. The person on the phone turned out was NOT from the clinic. She made my appointment at 9:40 and repeated that time 3 times. I had arrived at the clinic at 9:35 and was told my appointment was at 9:20 so I had missed it. They were able to squeeze me in, but as sick as I was, I had to wait for 1 hour. Not happy with the scheduler!

Great guy, hadn't met him before, but only doc available within 4 hours of my call & availability. Really fast, efficient and i was back in bed at home an hour later. So very good. Understood my complex med issues, and medicated appropriately.

Dr day listens and helps come up with positive solutions in a caring way. He also has a nice sense of humor which is a great when you are not feeling great.

I couldn't get in because my provide was full for the day, instead of dismissing me and my concerns, I was asked If I would like to see Dr. day in Hubertus, I said yes because of my concerns. What a wonderful , concerning, one that listens Doctor. He was amazing, don't let him leave .

Dr. Day came into the exam room after taking the time to read the entire hospital discharge summary and some of my father's medical history. he was well informed prior to walking in the door. This was impressive. He was kind, thoughtful, caring, and insightful. I would highly recommend him.
