Ellen Sono was very professional and friendly. She listened to my concerns and gave me next steps for my care. She explained things very well.

Ms. Sono did a very nice job of explaining/talking to me about my issue. She told me exactly what to do if an additional issued arose. She even "thanked" me for coming in.

I have not been able to establish with a provider for my yearly checkup. (the last 2 left practice). I was able to obtain an appt with a new provider in a timely manner. The provider listened carefully and ordered appropriate tests to assist with a diagnosis. Ellen Sono has a very nice bedside manner, and I would recommend anyone to see her.

I felt that the nurse practitioner I saw was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and came up with a good plan. It would have been nice to see my actual PCP but I felt I received competent/appropriate care from the NP.
