Dr. Barnstable and her staff provided excellent care for me. They were professiona,l courteous and caring. I would most definitely recommend this office for any dermatology concerns.
I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about my recent visit with Dr. Barnstable - it was, hands down, one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for, respected, and heard. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and got me checked in so quickly - no stress, no confusion, just pure professionalism mixed with kindness. Then came the highlight - Dr. Barnstable. WOW. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but they were also so kind, compassionate, and truly present during the entire visit. They took the time to really listen to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, explained everything clearly (without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed), and made sure I felt totally comfortable with every step of the process. I left the appointment feeling empowered, reassured, and like my health is genuinely in great hands. The whole environment was welcoming, clean, and calming, and every single person I interacted with made me feel like more than just a patient - they made me feel like family. If all healthcare experiences were like this, the world would be a healthier, happier place. A HUGE thank you to the entire team - I'm beyond grateful and can't recommend this practice enough!

I felt very comfortable with the Doctor and the nurses. Being my first time seeing this Doctor. She explained everything thoroughly and so did the nurse. The shot she gave me was not very painful. And she taught me through everything.Thank you
My appointment was rescheduled a couple times due to doctor availability. This seems to be a pattern with the dermatology department.
Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was friendly and helpful. Appointment started on time. Doctor explained everything to me from her diagnosis to treatment and follow up care. Only downside was the wait from the time I made the appointment to the actual appointment.
