Dr. Aleksandrovich listened to everything I was concerned about. She took her time and did not rush. I was her last patient of the day and she did not rush me at all. I had many questions about things and she took one at a time and answered them completely. One thing that really made a difference for me was that stopped looking and writing in her computer and turned and looked straight at me to let me know she was really listening. That was important. She's very attentive to what I was saying.
