Dr.Aleksandrovich is very professional but also very personable. She spends plenty of time with the patients, making sure their health issues are covered and treated. She is an excellent Doctor and I am glad I found her to be my physician.

Dr. Aleksandrovich is like no other. She not only speaks WITH you as your doctor but as you were a family member. She takes her time with you and answers any questions you may have. You never feel rushed but reassured. She is absolutely AMAZING. I suffer from "white coat syndrome", always have, but she helps me with my anxiety and calms me down. Thank you Dr. A for all that you do!!!
I had a good experience but I had to wait until about 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment to see the doctor. I saw the nurse about 15 minutes after my scheduled time. It wasn't a big issue but it was the only anomaly in an otherwise great visit.

Dr.Aleksandrovich is most understanding Dr. And definitely the Best I've ever seen, and I've seen Alot of Dr's.
I think Dr. Aleksandrovich is an excellent clinician. She's very knowledgeable and thorough. The nursing staff in the office are also excellent. I believe it's hard for healthcare providers to deliver good care in today's world, not only because of Covid and the constantly changing research findings and guidelines, but because of time and financial constraints imposed at least to some degree by insurance companies and government policies. So when I receive good care, I appreciate it a lot and will keep coming back. I think my only complaint would be one that I have for any place with which I interact - the lengthy, automated phone system that patients have to listen to any time we call the office. I'm sure it's meant to be more efficient, but it can be a hassle. I'd much prefer to have a live person pick up the phone when I call... but I know that's not going to happen.
I am very happy that Dr Aleksandrovich is my doctor and I am confident that she will take good care of me if anything comes up with my health.
