Dr. E. Aleksandrovich is an excellent professional and a very nice person! Thank you!!!
Excellent
Dr. Aleksandrovich is a high quality care provider. She is knowledgeable about my particular health issues as well as how they relate to my ADLs. She is empathetic and quick to respond to the need for outliers in my health care plan, such as physical therapy. I like and respect her greatly and have already recommended her to my neighbor and her adult daughter who lost their own PCP last year.
Doctor Aleksandrovich always take care about my health, she never pushes me. All important decisions we make together.
good doctor.
Dr A is always thoroughly prepared for my visit with all necessary information at her fingertips. We discuss everything and reach mutual understanding on how to proceed. She is very friendly and spends all the time necessary to ensure my health progress. I willingly drive over 1 hour to get to her office so that she can remain my physician.
Very good and caring. Love to be my care provider.
Dr Aleksandrovich took extra time with me at this appointment and really listened to what I told her.
Dr. Aleksandrovich is excellent. Wellness app needs to be improved.
I had to change my appointment to a virtual visit. I tried to fill in the questionnaire and everything that needed to be done for the virtual visit. Thought I had done all of. It wasn't done to the fulfillment that was required. Then when I finally got the computer system to lead me through to what I needed to do it was past my appointment time. Even though it was past that time when I spoke to the nurse. She told me to finish it I did. Then waited in the waiting mode for the host to arrive. Sat there for 45 minutes. Then After I finally gave up, the nurse called me back. Almost instantly after I gave up. So I think they could see what was happening. And she gave me a talking to about not getting everything done when I should have. I informed her that the person that I had changed the appointment with to a virtual appointment gave me no information as to how I was supposed to fulfill all the different necessary steps in order to be ready for the virtual visit. I was told just to be available 15 minutes before. I thought I was. But then they called me at 15 minutes after my appointment time and told me I had not finished all of my steps for the virtual visit. I then finished as much of it as I could find to do. But that took me another half hour. And then I sat there and waited for a half an Hour in the waiting mode for the host. When I gave up, that's when the nurse called me. Almost instantly after I gave up. And that's when she gave me the talking to about what I had and had not done. I informed her that no one gave me any information. She said that it was my job to then inform someone about how that person hadn't helped me out. This virtual visit was to find out if I needed any new prescriptions for my medication's. No I was not happy about this appointment and how it went. But the nurse was quite unhappy with me also. I don't blame her for being unhappy, but when she called at 15 minutes after the appointment time and told me to fulfill what I needed to do and I told her I thought I had done it. She told me well you didn't and you need to finish it. If they weren't going to be able to let me have my appointment at that time because of the fact that I had run over my appointment time. I think that I should have been told that at the time. Instead of leading me to believe I still could get it done. Then I was told that if I needed anything, I should put it in a message to my provider. Not sure why I needed to talk to the provider about my medication's and needed prescriptions. If I could've just done that through a message through with LiveWell.
