For an annual physical, it is good to inform if fasting needs to occur for blood work. In the livewell app it would be good to add notes for what is expected. I was glad to see a tab added to show cost, since there has been shock on a term called co-insurance payments or customer responsibility. No one carries 2 separate insurances for medical so in my mind this is the "for profit" health care facility over charging to make up for the welfare folks. This factor and way aroura does business is where I do not have good things to say.
