Dr. Joseph is a great listener. She answers my questions, engages in, deepening my understanding of myself and my health. The pressure that Aurora/ corporate physicians are put under to hold to the time spent with patients , has significantly decreased their opportunity to add a relaxed / personal feeling. Dr Joseph manages that personal connection despite corporate policies. I would recommend her to anyone and doctors like her are what make me come back to Aurora. .She is a gem. I want you to know how pleased I am with her and the nursing staff.

She takes her time with you and explains things thoroughly and is very friendly.

Everyone was very nice and helpful, the reason I said no to the question, is because I haven't been to the Dr in a very long time, so she couldn't of known my health history!!! Everything was fine

The doctor and MA were very helpful at removing a large piece of ear wax which was impairing my hearing. I felt instant relief and much better hearing.
