She saw me while my provider was not available then or for a few weeks out. She was personable and caring.

All the staff from the lab draw ,and the entrance staff when I entered the building. The receptionist's and the nurse (with follow up calls to me)and the Doctor. Everyone was extremely helpful especially being my first visit , Were absolutely incredible. Dr. Elizabeth Joseph has a really good team. Thank you

Getting the appointment setup took too much time on the phone. Once the information was given "TWICE" the second contact person was very good at getting me an appointment with an alternate care provider, since my doctor did not have any available appointments. Dr. Joseph was excellent, I would recommend her.
This provider was rude, unprofessional, unprepared, judgmental, and apathetic. I have never been to a provider that behaved this way. She started to knit pick my past history with a negative tone. Almost as if she thought my previous provider had done something wrong. I was happy with my previous provider and my quality of life was at that best it had been. Now I am afraid to see another aurora physician due to the judgement I felt. I actually sat in my car and cried when I left. I am thinking about leaving aurora altogether.
First time visit with Dr. Joseph. Very impressed with her knowledge. She listened to my concerns, and we discussed pros and cons of various treatments. Have impression my health care will be a team approach instead of one way since she understands my long and short term goals.
