Disappointed I need an exam & blood tests every 6 months to get refills of medications, since I am not usually in Wisconsin every 6 months, & I only have Medicare & TriCare for Life, retired military health insurance, which only covers care once a year.

This was my first visit w/Dr. Joseph. (My previous MD retired.) I found her personable, knowledgeable, caring. She listened to my concerns and ordered appropriate bld work. I would definitely recommend her to other patients.

She saw me while my provider was not available then or for a few weeks out. She was personable and caring.

All the staff from the lab draw ,and the entrance staff when I entered the building. The receptionist's and the nurse (with follow up calls to me)and the Doctor. Getting the appointment setup took too much time on the phone. Once the information was given "TWICE" the second contact person was very good at getting me an appointment with an alternate care provider, since my doctor did not have any available appointments. Dr. Joseph was excellent, I would recommend her.
