The provider care was wonderful. The experience of not being able to be let off at the door of the building leaves much to be desired. Also the fact that outdoor parking is valet caused me to use another driver who would come and pick me up, thus wasting both our times.

This was my first visit to Dr Bart, therefore, there was not an opportunity for someone to talk with me per question about past 6 mos. I found Dr Bart to be a thorough, detailed and caring health professional. She took what seemed to be unrushed time with me and explained things in a very understandable manner. I left feeling understood and with a plan of action plus referral. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends!
Dr. Bart was sensitive to the fact I am now on Medicare and understood how my insurance was limiting me on the number of bone density tests I can have in a period of time. She worked with me for a followup test that was covered, and I appreciate that. I also discussed things I can do to reverse the effects of my osteoporosis, such as calcium rich foods and moderate exercise. She was very supportive of that, too.
Dr. Bart is truly an exceptional endocrinologist. I really appreciate is how she genuinely listens and takes my concerns seriously. Even with a diagnosis that isn't straightforward, she's proactive, ordering targeted tests based on her educated suspicions. Her knowledge and expertise are particularly impressive. I also appreciate her direct and transparent approach; she explains everything clearly and answers all my questions. Knowing she's determined to get to the bottom of my issues is incredibly reassuring and has reduced my stress.
