Not very helpful. Disappointed with ongoing care and insurance coverage after a good visit. Telling me I need to call the insurance company to get coverage for treatment. Really! They won't listen to me! You need to do things better.

This was a podiatry appointment so my general health plan for future care was not an appropriate discussion to have with this provider
I had some serious concerns about my left ankle and foot. I expressed my concerns and fears about what might be happening. Dr. Vissat listened carefully and ordered x-rays immediately. The x-rays were taken and shortly thereafter, Dr. Vissat had a consultation with me in which she explained every x-ray that had been taken. I was very happy and relieved after our consultation.
I'm always confused by the exit of my visits, no one says see you at your next visit or just follow the exit arrow and make your next appointment at the front desk. I feel like a kid sneaking out of school.
Overall service was fantastic
Esentially no wait time from registration to exam. All staff friendly and courteous. Dr was familiar with my medical history. Took care of problem quickly and efficiently. Had plan for treatment. And when to return to office. Also stated I should call back sooner if I have a problem. Check out very quick and efficient. Whole experience was very nice.
