The provider listened carefully to my concerns. She also recommended an ultrasound, which was done at the conclusion of my appointment. I never felt rushed.

I was completely satisfied with my visit. There was very little wait time and all staff were friendly and helpful.

It seems your oncology team is under staffed. I like who I see and the medical exchange we have. But, they seem always on the run to support the patient demand/volume.

I appreciated Nurse Practitioner Elisa L Lambie's knowledge and professionalism. She was personable, made me feel comfortable and actually taught me something about my Hemoglobin Level, as well as encouraged me to be tested for sleep apnea as it may be affecting my high Hemoglobin Level which I was never aware of that aspect before. She also recommended me to be seen for a telehealth visit with a Hematologist that is associated with current medical research which I am excited about, for my next follow up Hematology appointment. I am impressed that she educated me and is offering to accommodate my need to use a computer at her office location as I am not tech savvy. Not all of the other departments at Aurora are that willing to be so helpful, so I am grateful for this opportunity suggested by this provider. Thank you!!!
