It has been a pleasure working with Dr Ross.

Dr. Ross is knowledgeable, kid friendly, and definitely met our expectations. Most importantly she met our daughter's needs with a great bedside manner. Dr. Ross calmed my daughter after the fellow cardiologist who first spoke to her about her symptoms scared her. Unfortunately, the fellow didn't have a great bedside manner to meet the needs of anxious preteen. He used quite specific medical terms and questioning that overwhelmed our child. He could have at least tried to have a general conversation with her first. It would have benefited all of us if the staff had let us know that a fellow in cardiology would be meeting us. Regardless, the fellow wasn't able to connect and help our daughter to feel safe having additional testing. Because our pediatrician assured us Dr. Ross would be a match I asked Dr. Ross to come in and talk to our daughter. I am glad I did. It took just minutes because for her to get our daughter onboard with an ECG. Dr. Ross helped her understand why and how it is done. Dr. Ross made her feel safe and shared a story about how other kids don't mind the test and that they could ever let her watch a YouTube video while having the test done. Again, these are reflections for the fellow. His approach was tough for a sensitive kid. More kid friendly language or at least talking to the child and connecting in some way (movies, sports, music, etc) would help. He definitely knew her history and seemed prepared and knowledgeable, but he needs to improve his approach to meet the needs of a child. It's hard to read parents and children in a short time frame, but without building a rapport quickly he won't be able to get children and parents to a good space to get the medical need addressed.

We are new so the doctor wouldn't know any of the health history besides what was provided from the previous ekg. The intern and and doctor were fantastic, took their time and really listened to our concerns. The front desk staff is amazing too. Very friendly and even gave us a recommendation for a new pediatrician in the same building. My only complaint is it took months to get an appointment.

The medical tech that's assisted with the my son's check-in (vitals and ekg) was EXTREMELY NICE. She did a great job with being patient, kind, nurturing, and professional. She is the epitome of what every medical tech should be like. The level of care she gave was Top Tier and should be recognized. Her service during our visit calmed any and all anxiety I felt at the start of the appointment.

We love Dr. Ross . She's so compassionate. And just a sweet person..

Dr. Ross's professionalism and vast knowledge of cardiology is topnotch. Always accommodating and welcoming.

Friendly receptionist and very timely. Great friendly staff. Dr. Ross is very professional and compassionate. She explained my son's condition so we can comprehend and understand. She answered all our questions.
